Training/Fitting - Your horse will be put on our time tested fitting program. Our regimen includes a 6 day / week exercise schedule, 3 daily feedings of the best oats and Alfalfa we can get and all of the supplements he will need to be the best horse he can be based on his individuality. $750.00/ per month
Sales Consignments - we will keep your horse here and show it to potential buyers as needed. We will keep them fit and in good condition. Training/Fitting rates do apply and a percentage of the sale price. We are a high traffic Barn and get a lot of visitors and prospective buyers. We also advertise on several Web sites.
Full Board plus 10% commission
Foaling out Mares - We will assist mare when foaling and treat foal according to owners protocol. With 12 years as a Veterinary technician I have a great deal of experience in this area! We charge a $500 one time foaling out fee for this service. We can also assist with rebreeding your mares via Shipped semen. Regular board rates will apply.
Hospitalization/Lay ups- Excellent rehabilitation by a qualified Veterinary technician. We will work with your veterinarian/Farrier to determined the best route of care for your horse. Regular Full board rates will apply. Charges will depend on each case.
Full board- We offer full board only. Boarders will have full use of our indoor round pen, outdoor arena, miles of trails to ride on, Hot/Cold wash area, 24 hour monitoring of your horse. Your horse will receive an excellent feeding program, daily turnout and a caring environment. $450.00/month
Lessons- We offer private riding lesson for $35/hour or a 6 week block of lessons for $175.
Lease options- Does your child want a horse but, your not quite ready for the commitment? Think about a lease. all of the perks of owning a horse with out having to spend the money to buy one.
Full lease $550/ month your child will have full access like the horse is their own. Two free lessons a week plus the ability to go to horse shows and events with our team!
